The woman who answered the phone had the worst energy and was extremely unfriendly and standoffish. I introduced myself and was met with a very cold "how may I help you" There is a certain level of curiosity and decorum and those standards when it comes to doing business with people. This is never the kind of approach that should be conducted. Nor the approach you want to be welcomed into when doing a transaction especially a loan.

I have had a loans with Sir Finance for years and have always had great customer service until today when I called the Lincoln location to request a loan refinance. I spoke with a Very Rude lady who Identified herself as Miss Wise this rep definitely needs to be coached on how to talk to customers and if she represented my company I would probably TERMINATE HER! I never write reviews but this rudeness was exceptional I truly hope the upper management reads this review and takes action with this employee who clearly doesn't like want or value her employment.
