For the most part, Roberto is fantastic to work with (worked with him 2-3 times). He is courteous, informative and personable. He has amazing customer service skills. However, Stephanie can use a course or two in phone etiquette and customer service. She is a little rude and not very pleasant to work with.

These folks helped me get a loan a few years ago in a needed time. They’re professional, courteous, and overall so helpful. I tried to apply recently and although I was not approved, Roberto made me feel understood and valued. He had compassion for my situation and that’s something customer service can’t fake. Def recommend coming here and trying them out!

Ryan was very helpful. We started the process online which was just hell from the very beginning. People are not helpful on thr phone. Say they called us and they never did. I call about our appointment lady I spoke with doesn't know how to deal with frustrated customers because the service was horrible. I asked to go in the office which led us to Ryan. Very helpful, explained everything to us. Very patient. I definitely recommend working with him. He was amazing.

My husband has been a good customer for years and he is trying to pay off his account early. If he does he will not get a deduction for paying off his account and the interest will be the same. I don't understand why If you pay your balance before your time you can't get rid off the interest. When you pay a credit card in full, you don't pay interest and when you pay the IRS, you don't pay the interest too because you finish paying your balance. Well ... be careful with this company practices, they will never let you leave without paying the interest, even if you do finish paying you still have to pay interest like if you never ended paying. This is a rip off business. Interest on top of interest. They moved to Clark Street. Already reported to Google.

I'm very disappointed on how a loyal customer got mistreated by Jennifer a agent for this company. In middle of a conversation she took it upon herself to leave me talking alone as she hung up on me,while I was speaking!! Although I'm satisfy with the company, I felt disrespected!! Please look into your agents and teach them customer service skills.

Mess up my credit applying after they said I was approve. Now it will be on my credit for a few years. Do not apply. It was like oh well thats the risk but if you approved someone then should go through. Thats horrible in a time like this especially when my family and I trying to get a house together. I wish this company well. I hope no one does this to them. I have fair good credit and never miss a payment or was late. Just ruin me and my day.
