Muy mal servicio y asesoría de la señora Juliana ... Solo llame a preguntar algo simple y dice que ella no sabe nada, que no puede darme ninguna información sobre el crédito si no hago aplicación .. Entonces como se aplica a un crédito si no dan información de como funciona 🤔

This place is an amazing place to work with. I applied on online and had a agent call me within a day, staff was very helpful and very understanding. Would reccomend this place to anyone who needs a loan. Best part is their interest rate was not high at all!

When I first went in there the person that was helping me seem to be not knowledgeable How a loan process works her name was Jeannette each time I was required to bring a new document which I did and when I would go back there I had to bring something else. Every time we would go in there she would just tell us that we will need one thing and that’s it and then when we go in to three more thing again. Are this causes confusion between the client and the company when the employees are not knowledgeable of how or what is required for a loan process. Every time I would go she kept asking her coworkers are the questions we were ask her because she was not knowledgeable. If you’re going to hire somebody at least train him well or don’t put them to do the loan processing if they don’t know how to do it that is very unprofessional not only did they run my credit and my co-applicant credit multiple time without letting us know that he would run the credit each and every single time just a very unprofessional offer if you are looking for a one main loan office go to Melrose Park

The loan officer was very friendly and professional. She showed me multiple loan offers and explained all the terms of each in great detail. I was able to get the loan that was just right for my circumstances. I would recommend the Belmont Cragin branch for anyone in need of a personal loan.
