I started small fastfood restaurant in Lomita City, Ca last 2024. Economy was not stable yet so we decided to apply for SBA loan. I choose Newity to help us to process our loan, and we're not disappointed. I was surprised with the help, accommodation, patience and guidance that the Newity officers and staff given us, very very impressive. They walked us through the process from start to finish. We congratulate Newity having an efficient and competent staff especially Daniel Sanchez whom always been there for us. They have all the patience to explain us the process, why we needed specific documents, what to do next etc. They did necessary follow up and they made sure that we were on the right way. I HATE writing bad reviews. NOT a fan but I have to write a bad review here. I submitted all my documents correctly. Eveything. My income was well over what they felt was needed to approve the loan. They said because I submitted the photo of my plaid verification with computer. Not to mention just switching banks to have them fund the money which bank they had all access to prior to approving the loan so they knew it was a viable bank. They also said that because my income was declared exactly and not rounded to an even number they decided to decline the loan. So it was just problem after problem that we did on our end that led them to their decision to deny the loan. If these are all my problems then I'm much happier without you Newity.

Do not use these people for SBA loans. They will waste your time. Over and again. Read everyone else reviews. They do this to everyone. Wish I would have read them 1st. Went to the next bank and now im getting an sba loan. These people will ask for things over and over even after you give it to them. Unprofessional to the fullest. Dont say you haven't been warned

Ercie and Kamil were a true pleasure to work with. They were kind, professional, quick to respond to messages, and answered all of my concerns and questions without any delays. We were surfing around trying to find a company to go with. Newity came up and I said what the heck. It turned out to be one of the best experiences in my 30-year career.
