I submitted a loan request of $2000 on 12/16. All of the requested documents were completed by 12/18. I received an email stating that my loan was close to being approved. However, Bree, Jennifer, and some other woman (who refused to repeat her name) hung up on me several times today. I was asking questions regarding why I had to resubmit a loan that was waiting for a decision as of Friday 12/18. I would not recommend dealing with them. I work in customer service and have never seen such poor performance from a financial institutions employees.

Do not put your information on they site. once they get your social security number & information it make it seem like they’re asking you to upload documents, but it won’t go through and soon as you call them they say you were denied But when you login on your application it say incomplete.
