I moved to Charleston to find a home to be near my daughter. Jenna took me to every area in Charleston that had my requirements. She searched diligently for over 2 months trying to find me a house, but I realized it was not working out for me and she said understood completely because she said sometimes it just happens that way. I did begin my own search back to Fort Mill, SC and when I found a property I called her and asked her if she could represent me back in Fort Mill and she said of course she would. She wrote the offer that day and negotiated a great price for me. She drove me back to Fort Mill to see the property and back again for the walk through and closing day. If you are looking for a home that fits your requirements she will make it happen for you. Jenna is knowledgeable, patient, and understanding during the whole process of buying or selling your home. Honestly we were just browsing the market to see what was out there and our price range. Jenna had a no pressure approach, she was honest and transparent about costs and processes. Jenna was also readily available for questions that I had pretty much day or night even though she has a family of her own. Jenna was very knowledgeable and if she didn't know the answer to a question she knew where to find the answer and got back to us relatively quickly. We chose Jenna because she was referred to us by a friend in high regards for her professionalism while having a great personality and being personable. For potential buyers and sellers I would say definitely ask for Jenna you will be very happy that you did!!

She walked me through everything including the emotional rollercoaster of being a first time home buyer. She is a local and has a great network of other locals in other expertises. She did so much work on the side to justify pricing and negotiations. I really felt like she was on my side to find a home. Not just sell me a place. She’s very responsive and accommodating. She really made sure that I was getting a great place so i can move in with peace of mind.

Incredibly unprofessional. In the middle of my conversation, the agent hung up while I was inquiring about a property. I guess the commission just wasn't worth the effort of discussing the property, which was land only, instead of a multi-million dollar home. Greed much?
