Tower Loan

Customer service bad and it's ridiculous to have to pay separate fees for paying your loan. I've never dealt with anyone that does this especially if your making payment over the phone.

They called me this previous Monday (09/28) asking for a Ray McClure. This man has been deceased for quite a long time and has not been the owner of the number they called in almost a decade. I prefaced to them to put me on their "Do Not Call List" and the lady on the phone referred to me by my name… which I did not give to her at any point. I stated, I never gave you my name how did you know it. She stated, "Uh, caller ID" then I said why are you calling for Ray if he doesn’t pop up for caller id then and she hung up. I later called again to make sure they follow through with putting me on their "Do Not Call List" and she continued to try and gaslight me about "That’s not the customer" when I stated you’re calling for a Raymond McClure, girl quit playing dumb you damn well know "Ray" is a nickname for Raymond. She said she put me on their "Do Not Call List." Fast forward today (10/03, not even the whole week could they hold their word, should expect that since it’s a loan company) and they called me again; I said hello to her by her name she gave me from this past Monday and reminded her, "Didn’t I say put me on your list of people not to call?" And she quickly said "Wrong number" and hung up.

Loan process was fast and easy. Amanda processed my loan. She was friendly and professional. Went through the details of the loan throughly with me. Overall process took less than 30 minutes.

The staff at Tower loan was very friendly. Amanda made sure that I understood everything regarding the loan process before accepting the offer. I will continue to do business with Tower loan in the future.

Amanda was absolutely wonderful. She was so helpful and informative she is very good at her job. And she seems to enjoy it thank you Amanda.

Chase of the Champaign branch kept calling my late father’s phone KNOWING he passed away on April 28th. He called the day after my dad’s passing and after I informed him he passed, he had no emotion and said, "well, your dad owed $2000 and it needs to be paid. We haven’t heard from him for a few months". I said, "my dad just died! He was very ill from cancer! THAT is why you didn’t hear from him!" His answer? "But we still need the money". Tried to say my mother was a co-signer. No papers with her signature. My sister sent my dad’s death certificate and he still harasses. Oh, and she died two months after. Very verifiable. These folks are going to get closed down.

The ladies at Tower Loan are efficient, helpful and kind. They have gotten me through some dark financial times. I appreciate them and Tower Loan.
