My husband and I did a loan and it took 2yrs to pay back but we had no problems. Its just simple like any other bill, pay on time and if you got it a little extra and you will be fine. No problem what so ever. Helped my credit score too. I recommend them if you are a person who pays your bills on time.

Horribly run company. Horribly disorganized. Don’t use this company! There’s been multiple payments I’ve sent that don’t clear by the due date so I call to find out what’s going on and they say they never received them then suddenly a couple hours later they call and say the just got them. Yeah right! You misplaced them or lost them! It also doesn’t help they send out their payment notices 1 week before they’re due. 1 week?! You have to be kidding me. That gives me 2 days to get it in the mail. So stupid. Not to mention I didn’t even receive my first payment notice on my loan so I had to call and make a payment over the phone because I knew I should’ve received but hadn’t. They’re a joke, don’t use this company.

Called for some basic information, talked to Michael, he was very short with answering questions, was not pleasant, not helpful (in my opinion) when you call places like this there are questions that need to be answered, who wants to feel like they are being a bother, I'm sure you would get something out of the deal when the loan goes through, shesh!!!! This profession I think customer service and patience is everything.

I guess my first review was deleted? But she asked if I owned any computers and what brand they were. I hung up, she called back 5 times and left 2 voice messages. I understand some questions need to be asked. But about what's in my house??

As long as you make your payments then you won't have any issues. They are also very understanding, I was going to be a day late with one payment and they pushed it back to that date.
