Actual Titlemax location was awesome. But I know I got behind in payments because I was homeless, but it gives this finance no right to come and repo my car and then REFUSE to tell me where it is to get my moving boxes because I just moved in 2 days prior to into a stable residence- and it's FEDERAL LAW that I know where my car is to get things out of it.

Those negative reviews, just ignore that. If you are applying for a title loan, they will tell you EXACTLY what you are getting. If you choose to skip a payment, they will call you, until they reach you and do everything in their power to help you recover and get on the right track. You borrow money, you pay it back. It's that easy. I really love the Titlemax #6 in Plano at 121. You are the kindest most giving and forgiving team. I will be paying off my title loan this year. You were there when I needed you. Thank you TMX and Titlemax.

I visited the location Dallas 44 and Rebecca Cantu attended my boyfriend and I. She was very nice and professional. We felt comfortable with her and she explained everything clearly. The process was fairly fast and efficient and we got a great loan.

This place is terrible. IT has been working on my account for almost a week.

Beware of everything you sign, this company hires people that will leave you in the dark at the New Braunfels Location . They will tell you information on your loan that is anything but the trutruth!!! I'm very disappointed 😞

Run, run, run away from here. Predatory lending here. If you love 185% loans come here. Actually don't come here since this is their second corporate office which they don't want the city of Carrollton to know about. If you are looking for the most toxic environment come here.
