This was a very nice and professional experience for me to get needed funds. They, Mrs. Pineda handled my situation in a timely fashion and hassle free. She explained everything to me in a most understandable manner and didn't hide anything. I would recommend World Finance to anybody who needs to borrow money. After I pay this loan off, in the future I will return here. When my bank and credit union turned me down, World Finance was/is there for me and they have competitive interest rates. Jackie Pineda at World Finance (Bryan, Texas branch) was extremely helpful through the loan process. When I went in today she was training another young lady how to update accounts and showing her how to submit payments. Although, she was training she was very attentive to the customers' needs and patient. Jackie has superb customer service skills and overall a very sweet person.
