David and Rachel were very helpful in the process of helping me and my wife get into the studio apartment that we wanted, especially with the limited amount of time that we had. We happened to see David new listening of this studio last minute before we were set to sign a lease with another broker for a studio that was a bit older and smaller than the one David had listed. I told him that I have 4 hours until I sign the lease with my current broker. We set an appointment to view the apartment with Rachel right away on the same day and it was the studio that we expected. After we had submitted our applications, David assured me and my wife that we will get approved to move in. Sure enough, he was true to his word and we got approved for move in. David and Rachel were very professional, caring, and prompt when it came to us having any questions about the rental.

This is really zero stars! Please if you are seeking real help, do not use Zues realty. I worked with realtor AvI, he was responsive up until I submitted my application fees for an apartment that he convinced me to apply for although I’ve never seen it. He had me meet him for a showing only to tell me the tenants are still living on property and haven’t moved out. Once the application fee was received Avi decided to stop responding to my calls and text. Please be aware that this company is a scam, I had to call the application company just to get a response.

Found them via an apartment I was interested in on StreetEasy. I was worked with Rachel. She was very responsive and nice. She was able to take me from one apartment to the other. She was very re-assuring when I had questions or concerns about my potential apartment. Many of my questions had answers. After talking with the landlord she was able to lower my rent by $200 and we were able to secure the lease quickly. Would work with them again.

I was desperate for an apartment promising my wife one by valentine's day with our newborn son. Rachel was more than helpful and thoughtful about what I needed. Rachel and Rafael together can accomplish anything thrown their way! I am very thankful and appreciate all the apartments that were shown to me in a matter of a week. I had my hopes on this one apartment, but luck was not on my side then. I wanted to give up. I had my hopes up and crushed in a weekend. So I went to the office and was ready to take back my deposit. Rachel made it her mission for me to not give up and promise to find me something better! She fulfilled that promise. And I cant thank her enough. IF YOU WANT AN APARTMENT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!! THEY ARE REASONABLE AND WILL SHOW YOU 100S OF APARTMENTS!!

Overall, I found the employees at Zuz Realty to be communicative, straightforward, and transparent when I was looking for an apartment. Everyone worked with me (even outside workday hours) to help me secure a spot in a very short amount of time. I could always expect a timely reply to any emails or voicemails that I left. I am especially grateful to David, Anna, and Michael for helping the process run smoothly and for going out of their way on some occasions to address my questions and concerns.

Moving is never easy! I relocated back to Brooklyn and after working with several brokers at other realty companies, I found an amazing apartment through Zuz Realty. I worked directly with David, whom was extremely personable and attentive. The apartment needed a major re-haul however it had great potential. David worked closely with management to ensure that all repairs were done in a timely manner and kept me updated every step of the way. After just a few weeks, I am comfortably settled in my new apartment and I love it. I really appreciate how easy of a process Zuz Realty made this for me. I was skeptical at first from the reviews I saw, however I had a good experience and would recommend them.

After being on the hunt for an apartment for a long time, I came across ZUZ REALTY, and let me tell you they were great! From seeing the apartment, to the application process, to the lease signing it was all easy. A huge thank you to Anna, Michael and David for making this such an easy and smooth process. Will be recommending them for sure.
