I have financed 3 vehicles and 1 piece of equipment through this company. John, Alex and all the other staff i have talked to over the past 2 years have been absolutely amazing to work with. As a newer company only operating for 2 years its extremely stressful finding financing to expand and grow. But send them your info and current P&L's and as long as your are not a red flag and can prove credit worthy they will make things happen. because of them i have turned a 1 man operation into a team of 7 running 4 service trucks fully decked out. because of them i am where i am.

They need to hire competent staff. Alex conducted a preliminary interview and completely assumed/misheard what was said and used it as a basis for denying an equipment loan. His own biases towards women, marriage and who knows what else (my last name is very Hispanic) clearly interfered with his ability to listen to facts and rectify his errors once confronted with the truth. This company is adamant that I am married and requesting documents from my non-existent spouse. I have never been married in my life. The company refused to revisit the application and chose to make a decision off of an assumption. Poor business!! Luckily we have approvals from other lenders, but I will be sure to never recommend this lender to anyone in our group of business owners. Shame, shame, shame! Thankfully justice always prevails…in surprising ways….even if it is delayed a bit LOL. Best of luck Advantage MINUS xoxo
