El lugar más fácil para obtener un préstamo en general. No es intimidante ni juzgador. Brandy es increíble, muy alegre y fácil de hablar con. I just appreciate how in times of financial needs Pathway Credit is always a phone call away. They are very understanding and down to earth people. I have been dealing with Brandy and just the smile I received through the phone goes a long way!

I wish I could do a zero. Definitely changing my review, previously with their past management I had a five star on them, with their new change over they are extremely unprofessional and they will harass you daily, regardless of how well you have done in your previous loans with them! They are extremely common I'm talking extremely unprofessional and immature!! Their previous management, had excellent customer service skills, and acted very professional! But with their new management, every one of their employees acts like they're 15 years old! Zero customer service skills! I am so disgusted with these people!! The disrespect they show people, they are in the wrong kind of business! Be careful, they will absolutely try to scam you out of paying much more than you owe. Definitely do not pay in person up there and do not ever pay them cash. Their previous employees did very well with keeping up with updating your account balance, that is reflected online in your profile. They currently have it showing that I have 5 late fees, even though 2 payments were paid early and then my cash payment isn't even showing as paid at all, and their late fees that they have put on my account equals to over $300! Absolutely spammers!!

I have had several pleasant interactions with Pathway loan. Mostly I have been assisted by Brandy. She is always so upbeat and extremely helpful. She takes the time to reassure that any hiccups that come along she will work through WITH me. I truly appreciate that!!
