I lost my job and they refuse to take partial payment over the phone. They have called me over 7 times which under federal law is harassment. I had to tell them over the phone refusing to take what I can pay will backfire if they take me to court. I'm waiting for my unemployment so I can pay some of it. So if you see this Office people for me the customer who has never missed any payments in 2 years I have been with you, you attitude sucks when working with people.

My mom has an account there and I go with her to help her out. The staff are awesome to work with they're very understanding and they do care, they're the real deal! I personally recommend that office to anybody that is in Need For assistance they will do their best to help you. And what I love the most about it there's no pressure you figure out what you need they figure out how to help you and they come up with resolutions that are very simple and straightforward. Thanks to you guys for helping my mom!!!

Exactly what I was expecting once inside and was accommodated accordingly: prompt and professional, friendly service with all safety & health protocols established also. Jesus and Belinda are cool and businesslike. I look forward to working with them in the months and, perhaps, years to come. Also...common sense here: pay your installment on time, every time, keep your line of communication open with each end, and YOU WON'T HAVE A THING TO WORRY ABOUT. Bottom line. (For ALL)

Esta es la empresa absolutamente horrible. Me retrasé en mi pago y me llamaron 8 veces en un día, un total de 47 veces en 1 semana. En uno de los mensajes de voz se olvidaron de colgar el teléfono y estaban hablando mal de mí e incluso me llamaron p****, esto continuó durante 3 minutos hasta que mi buzón de voz se apagó. Le dije al gerente Holly y su asistente que no podía hacer el pago, dos días antes de que se venciera y que estaría allí el siguiente viernes cuando me pagaran. Entré, pagué mi cuenta y nunca volveré. Me acosaron y me menospreciaron. No les habría dado una estrella si no me hubiera sido obligado. Esta empresa me desprecia.This is the absolute horrible business. I was late on my payment and they called 8 times in one day, a total of 47 times in 1 week. On one of the voice mails they forgot to hang up the phone and they were talking crap about me and even called me a b****, this went on for 3 min until my voice mail shut off. I told the manager Holly and her assistant I could not make the payment, two days before it was even due and I would be in the following Friday when I got paid. I walked in paid off my account and will never go again. They harassed me and be little me. I would not have given them a star if it didn't make me.
