Avoid at all cost! This Lola place is predatory! They purposely target individuals and it’s not worth your time. They are only have good customer service when it comes to obtaining the loan after that it’s all down hill. The attitudes are horrible. Which makes the experience 10x worst. I sit on hold forever and any time I need to ask a question I’m rushed or met with a condescending tone. The APR is insane. Please find another option other than this company I’m warning you now! My significant other and best friend almost signed up with a loan through OMF because they received a letter in the mail from them. Thank God I was able to share my experience and talk them out of it. Really sit and think before you sign your name on the dotted line.

My experience was good. I was able to get the loan I needed the same day I applied. However due to new computer system for managing loans it took some time to process correctly the auto payday loan and submission to my bank account. however overall it was a good experience and I was glad to be a part of working out the bugs in the new system one main has now available for customers.
