Great Customer Service! I've been a customer for over 5 yrs. Stepstone Credit always follow up when there is money available with the option to renew loan. One is given the option for an increase as long as you always pay on time. I keep my credit good because you never know when you need extra money!

Fue aprobada para un préstamo lo que fue genial, pero me dijeron por teléfono que se depositaría en mi cuenta al día siguiente. Nunca se me dijo que puedo optar por no querer un depósito, el gerente afirmó que me envió un mensaje de texto y no lo hizo. Ni siquiera se dejó un mensaje de voz o correo electrónico para decirme cómo podría obtener mi préstamo. Me dijeron específicamente por teléfono que se haría un depósito al día siguiente. Obviamente, eso no es la verdad. Anuncian en línea préstamos del mismo día pero en mi caso es cuando se deposita, sabiendo que puede tomar hasta 5 días. Lo que para mí es locura porque estoy seguro de que cuando necesito pagar mi préstamo quieren su dinero el día en que me acuerdo de pagar. Estoy seguro de que no me apreciarían si pagara días después y me cobrarían una multa por retraso. Entonces, me parece gracioso que supuestamente tenga un préstamo con ellos pero no tengo dinero aún. Atención al cliente terrible. No es una buena forma de empezar con ellos.I was approved for a loan which was great, but was told over the phone it would be deposited in my account the next day. Never was told I can opt out of wanting a deposit, the manager claimed she texted me & she did not. Not even a voicemail or email was left telling me how I would be able to get my loan. I was specifically told over the phone a deposit would be made the next day. Which obviously is not the truth. They advertise online same day loan but in my case it’s whenever it’s deposited knowing it can take up to 5 days. Which is insane to me because I’m sure when I need to pay my loan they want their money the day I agreed to pay on. I’m sure they wouldn’t appreciate me paying days later & they would hit me with a late fee! So it’s funny to me I supposedly have a loan with them but no money yet. Terrible customer service. I spoke with Arianna for the past two days and every time I call she put me on hold. She calls me back and puts me on hold for 15 plus min then I'll call her back and she puts me back on hold for 15 or minutes. Then when I say something about her keeping me on hold for so king she gets an attitude. I ask her to transfer my application to another one of their offices. I called spoke with the lady at the other office she was very friendly and polite. She help me with everything and got me all squared away with a loan. I would NOT recommend this location.
