I have been a customer for years. I have always received great. Service. Most recently. Ms. Sonia assisted me ovee on Burnet in Austin. She was professional and very kind and understanding. I give excel the highest review possible. 10+

Very unprofessional! They called me another persons name when following up on my loan and even when I corrected them they proceeded to give me Crystals loan information that she was approved for 200.00 after the second time correcting the rep she told me that I was approved " for the amount I requested" and then they ended up telling me I was denied the next day due to not being able to get ahold of my employer. I am a veteran and have had a few loans before there that I always pay on time. They don’t use the work number to verify employment like most professional businesses because they don’t want to pay the fee to access the website and if you call them out on being unprofessional they will deny you! The ONE other review is likely fraudulent. You can most likely find a better loan with better interest rates somewhere else.

Seriously if i could I would leave 0 stars. Im a vet and for me to come into this finance building a beg for help is already against the grain for me. But, if I put in information first thing in the morning and dont get a response until I nag them at the end of the day then what in the world is really going on?? And thats what happened. I gave the my info and then basically got put on the back burner with no response. Unfortunately I need help and was told that they would help. Not the case. Now here it is end of the day, no funds, no straight answer on paperwork and no one really cares. For me to have to go back into this place is going to take an act of a higher power. I would rather have my electric cut off and water not run for a week then deal with these people again. Save yourself a headache and go beg for spare change on a corner because you will get better results then dealing with these people

They are all very friendly and helpful when I go in! Usually in and out quickly and never have any issues with them. I definitely recommend Excel.

the staff there on Burnet rd are very polite and understanding you keep up the good work and may God bless you all always
