Groundfloor Lending

I recently used Groundfloor Lending to finance a fix and flip property in Cleveland, Ohio, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. As a real estate investor, I needed fast funding without the hassle of monthly payments draining my renovation budget. Groundfloor’s deferred payment structure was a big help. No monthly payments during the project meant I could keep all my capital working on the rehab. The approval process was straightforward with no hard credit pull, and they focused on the property’s potential rather than my income docs. I was referred from a friend and highly satisfied. The team was responsive and kept me informed throughout. If you’re flipping houses in Ohio or anywhere else and need a hard money lender that actually understands real estate investors, I can’t recommend Groundfloor Lending enough.

I met Andy at a real estate event in Nashville a few years ago, and that meeting ended up being a game changer for my business. He was my very first lender at Groundfloor, and since then, we’ve closed multiple properties together.
