I worked with Darrin to help a client rent a home, and he was the listing agent. Darrin was professional, kind, and responsive—even answering late-night texts and calls to ensure a smooth process. It’s refreshing to work with a realtor who’s truly on top of things. Trust me, not all realtors are the same—Darrin is top quality and clearly cares about his work.

I put in a request for modification to a lease on a commercial property they had listed - and was not even communicated back too. After wasting my time communicating and consulting with my lawyer on the lease, it has been almost 1 full month since the last time I was asked any questions, or replied too. Horrible communication and would not recommend their customer service. Mind you - the lease was 3 pages and extremely vague, missing several necessary parts. I would’ve been completely understanding if they decided to go with another tenant, but the I deserve to at least be let known that. Instead of sitting around and waiting for a response back after several previous conversations and showings to the building. If you want to find a building in Allen for lease - pick another company to work with or you may waste your time like I did.

Worked with Louise to find our first property. Even in a crazy market, and looking in multiple cities, Louise was very helpful, communicative, and supportive. Would recommend to anyone looking for a home in DFW.
