I applied for a certain amount the agent said I was approved for more then I was asking for. I submitted everything I needed with collateral just to be denied. It’s not worth it! They make you feel confident in being approved just to deny you.

i went in 9/18 to close on a loan with the agent heather. she was the only one able to help the people coming in and with her experience she has gotten just in the few months being there. while going through paperwork we chatted and she was helpful and willing to do whatever it took to help me get what i needed settled. she was professional and something not appreciated enough in people but just genuinely so kind and caring. even with her boss who was obviously stressed and maybe not handling it how i personally would myself as a manager she stayed strong and empathetic towards her coworkers, me, and everyone that walked through the door while i was there. i throughly enjoyed my experience there and feel relieved and supported knowing i can call her as my agent with any questions or any help i may need. i can see she is a strong asset to their team at this branch. everything was explained throughly to me and she made sure to ask throughout that i understood and did not feel pressured to make any decisions i did not want to. she definitely deserves the recognition.

My husband has a loan with them and after many calls to tell them we switched banks they still kept taking it out of our old one causing charges beyond mad because we hadn't closed it yet due to letting things dwindle down. We called not once,twice or even three times it was 7 and we finally got it semi fixed. Thankfully we were able to get the heck out of dodge and pay off the loan in full. Would never recommend these guys!

You can serve in Vietnam for your country but can't use your military identification I'm very disappointed

I recently applied online. Pre-approved with 8 offers on Monday. I submitted the criteria and waited. No one called me back. I know they are short staffed but let your applicants know with a phone call or text, Gmail.

This was so easy, I was approved in minutes and had the money overnight. They are the best

Manager was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They were understaffed the day of my closing, yet everything went smoothly. Thanks for the great service.
